Please make sure to include your venue as the Delivery Fees are based on your location. Once we receive your order we’ll get back to you asap with a total cost.

A 50% non – refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

The final balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to your event

The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the course of the event

Rental time is for the duration of your event, equipment will be delivered before your event and collected at 12am

Yes, our minimum order on event hire products is IDR 500,000.

No, delivery is in addition to your event hire order. Delivery will be charged based on location, delivery times and access to the event venue.

We are based in Denpasar and deliver our event hire products all over Bali.
