Costs
Delivery fee costs depend on the equipment ordered and the distance of the venue. Fees can be anywhere from IDR 500,000 to IDR 700,000. Delivery fees are calculated by us once we have received your online quotation and we know where your venue is located.
Set Up and Removal
Delivery fees include the set up of the equipment as well as removal at the end of the night (max 12am).
Additional Costs
Additional fees will apply for any equipment delivered the day before the event and/or collected the day after the event. An additional surcharge of IDR 200,000 will apply for any Chair orders below 30 pieces
Venues
Some venues in Bali are difficult to access. Additional delivery surcharges will apply for the following venues; The Chedi, The Edge, Khayangan Estate, Karma Kandara, Sundays Beach Club, Padang Padang, Bingin Beach, Mandapa, Ritz Carlton Ubud and Villa Biru Laut.
Our Team
Our team will be on stand by through out your event if you require any equipment to be moved at any time. Please let us know if any of the equipment needs to be moved during the event in advance as there is a surcharge for the heavier equipment
