How do I place an order?
Visit our Hire Store and add the items you would like to rent to your quote, once finished visit your Quote List, fill out the contact form and send us an email. Please make sure to include your venue as the Delivery Fees are based on your location. Once we receive your order we’ll get back to you asap with a total cost.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% non – refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
When do I need to pay the final balance?
The final balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to your event
Do your prices include tax?
All prices listed on our website include tax and service charges
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, Western Union and Cash
What is my guests damage the equipment?
The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the course of the event
Can you make custom items?
Yes we can, please email us the items you would like and we’ll get back to you with a quotation
How long is the Hire for?
Rental time is for the duration of your event, equipment will be delivered before your event and collected at 12am
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order on event hire products is IDR 500,000.
Is delivery included?
No, delivery is in addition to your event hire order. Delivery will be charged based on location, delivery times and access to the event venue.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in Denpasar and deliver our event hire products all over Bali.
